This is a new modem just purchased from best buy retail. The problem is when you check the logs it shows that some type of file needed to get upgraded and it failed. Tried resetting a few times but keeps failing upgrade. Was told by Motorola that my ISP should be able to fix it. This is the Log it shows:

Apr 11 2013 20:56:19 4-Error E105.0 SW upgrade Failed before download - File not Present
Apr 11 2013 20:56:19 4-Error E106.0 SW upgrade Failed before download - TFTP Max Retry Exceeded
What I am trying to figure out is if the modem is defective and return to best buy or it just needs some kind of file or update.
If anyone can help or give me advice it would great!
