I know that it means that the box is not receiving an HDCP key back from the television.
I am trying the suggestions on the website below

But they are not working.
RCN cut out the internet on our system in the Lehigh Valley, and I think that might be the problem. I've called tech support twice and they are at a loss and are sending a technician. If someone has some ideas on this forum, I would appreciate it.
