My TV that uses a cablecard recently stopped receiving a picture for many of the HD channels (although some still had sound). The channels are fine on my other two TVs (one that is connected to an HD box and one that is connected to a Tivo). Why can't RCN send me a new cablecard? I either have to schedule a truck roll (which usually requires me to take off from work) or pick up a new card up at the local service office (which is not readily accessible to me). This is extremely frustrating, especially when couple with last years technical problems and the constant billing increases. --John
