Arris SB6141 modem is running frimware (installed by Time Warner in Ohio in 2015) that set the DOCSIS IP mode to IPv6 only. Moved to Pennsylvania and now the modem is unable to connect to RCNs network due to the IP mode, as RCN only supports IPv4. Support from all 3 companies involved told me "can't help".
Is there really nothing that can be done aside from buying a new modem?
