In the last two weeks or so, my upload speeds are well below the advertised 20mbps. It dips down to less than 5mbps in many instances. Download speeds are consistently at 330mb or more and ping is low at 10ms.
For this particular game that I play (FFXIV), I'm randomly disconnected from the server after only a few minutes of play. Nothing else of note is using up my bandwidth at the time, so I'm at a loss on what the problem could be. I had Comcast before this and haven't experienced issues like this before.
I'm hard-wired (using Arris SBG7580AC Modem/Router) and continue to experience issues. I ran a line quality test via this website to the datacenter where the game is hosted and there was no packet loss showing, yet running a pathping on my own machine shows at least 10% or more packet loss to their server with packet loss originating from ntt.net.
