For the past 2-3 weeks on my RCN 50 Mbps account I've experienced buffering with Netflix only, in the PM when my family is watching. This doesn't happen for any other streaming service like Amazon or HULU. Does this sound familiar?
Maybe one of Netflix's edge CDN servers that is used for my area can't keep up with peak demand? I don't know how you'd diagnose that.
All other throughput is great.
