[Equipment] Cordless cable box?

Hello, I see that several providers (e.g., DirectTV, AT&T, Xfinity) have cordless boxes that can be used in rooms without a coaxial outlet. I have a room without a coaxial outlet and would prefer not to start drilling walls to route a cable since we painted all recently. Does RCN have similar equipment? Thank you!
