Looking for RCN Guru help

We've been very busy and it's been hard to find time to call RCN. I have attached everything I believe should be needed to be helpful.(if not please let me know and I'll add it) Including a screenshot with the encoded MAC address. I also know the RCN folks on here are busy and may not be able to respond. We'll eventually get around to making the time to call if need be. It's not like our internet is out, it's just much slower than normal. I posted a speed test showing we were usually receiving 900+ Mbps. Now we're lucky to get 400Mbps. I posted images I had using the same server. Tried rebooting modem, multiple time. Also un plugged it and plugged it back in. Disconnected and reconnected the cable to make sure it wasn't loose. I am not sure if there is anything else for us to do. I am also not sure if it is something the RCN folks here can help with or if this will require a service call. I appreciate any time and/or assistance given. Thank you.
