Past few days I've had some pretty horrible ping times, the actual download/upload bandwidth seems fine but my ping to most services is about a second.
Here is a traceroute I ran off my router at around 2:30PM:

Also here is a ping command (again directly from my router), ran at 2:50PM

I sometimes have good ping on individual packets like that first one, but mostly its been very high.
Here's the results of a speedtest from this site: http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/68229475
My modem is a NETGEAR Nighthawk CM1200, and my router is a ASUS AC2900 (RT-AC86U). I have had no issues with either on my previous provider, switched to RCN on April 1 and my service has been fine up until now. Have tried a few troubleshooting settings on the router (disabling the firewall, swapping cables, etc) with no luck. I am reasonably confident that this is an issue with an RCN server and would appreciate it if someone could take a look.
Thank you.
