Hey guys! I've had service with RCN for the past couple of years within the Northampton area of the valley. I'm currently enroute to moving to the Whitehall area..and it seems that the website is displaying that I cannot get service at the specific house I'm moving to. I'm highly disappointed that I would have to cancel my service and switch over to the other TERRIBLE services in the valley (Service Electric, Verizon, etc.)
If someone could help me with looking into the specific address and maybe how long it would take in order for RCN to possibly service the area or give me more info, would be so appreciated.
