Does anyone remember the tech in the LV who knew cable cards, or have a contact there. Been trying for days to get someone there to fix a cable card in a TiVo which is working but not authorizing premium channels. Last time I went through this, it took days to get the right person, who was able to fix it in two minutes. It seems like no one there now understands cable cards. Also I keep getting disconnected from the old 800-RING-RCN number, but seem to get through using 800-427-8686.
