Astound can't even tell me how to use the DVR function for the new boxes they made me get. I've searched, etc. with no luck. Is it TIVO? Is it not?
I want to know how to manually record something. Since Astound's time is off I will need to manually record everything. If someone can provide a link or instructions it would be appreciated.
