For the Past two Weeks, my connection has gotten very slow. Less than 1Mbps.
This starts around 8:00Pm and continues till about 4:00am
During the Day, I get the full 22 to 25Mbps.
I've called and complained to Tech Support almost every evening now for the past week.
Of course they want me to Power Cycle, Disconnect my Router and plug Directly to the Modem. But none of that makes a difference.
The tell me that same... There;s no Issues in the area and it must be my Equipment..
But then Why does it work Fine during the Day, and it only Happens Like Clock work at Night?
They have a Tech coming to look at it, this Sunday around 3PM.
I said, what Good is that going to do, If the Tech is Here when it's working fine.
Send the Tech at 10:00PM when it's not Working.
I asked them to credit my Account, but that wasn't received very well.
