[TiVo] Tivo Stream

I am thinking of purchasing a Tivo Stream but have two questions: (1) Does RCN still allow you to purchase and use a retail Stream in connection with your RCN TIVO box? and (2) Are there plans to support out of home streaming with the Tivo Stream as you can now do with the retail units? Thanks.
