So I've been happy since I joined RCN about a year ago until very recently.
I now have this unusual issue where I get random packet loss. Everything at home has remained unchanged (I am not losing packets on my internal network) and so I am not sure what is causing it. Tests are done on a wired gigabit network with an Asus RT-AC66 router. I should note that download speeds are blazing along at my 50mbit plan rate, though upload speeds are sluggish, at about .5-1.5mbit (according to http://ma.speedtest.rcn.net/ which is an awesome webpage). It sounds like something is going on with the upload.

Why did this start recently? What can be done to fix it? I've really liked RCN up until recently :( It has me thinking about switching back to Comcast... and I really hated comcast but I never had internet problems with them.
Hopefully RCN can provide some info and fix this issue.
