[TiVo] CableCard RCN unable to pair/authorize channels

I'm having problems getting the Motorola CableCard authorized for my channels . I have an RCN Q box already working in the living room. This CableCard from RCN is for my store bought TiVo Premiere in my bedroom. My Encoded Mac: 1bfeb5a66cffa1b73210dcc9913f973526e14099 It took two calls to support to get the CableCard paired but when I go to any channel it says "This channel is not authorized. Contact your cable provider for more info (V58)." Looking at the CableCard diagnostics I can see it's paired but that Auth is set to MP. I just spoke to my 3rd RCN person at 1-877-251-0207 and he checked the cable card ID, Host ID and data number and all matched. I explained it's paired just not authorized. I also explained the automated RCN phone system gave me an option to re-authorize my boxes by sending the boxes a signal which I did. I also restarted the box. MP: Missing packets in authorization stream. You may see an error in live TV that says something like "Channel not authorized." This error appears when the CableCARD fails to receive all of the authorization information from the headend. Check the signal strength and quality by following the instructions at Troubleshooting Digital Cable Signals:Roamio Series, Premiere Series, and Series3 DVRs. Can anyone from RCN can shed some light on what support needs to do? I understand that support rarely deals with CableCard issues which is why I posted here. The first support person told me the CableCard was broken as they are fragile and sent in the mail this sometimes happens. I knew it was going to be a long night at that point. :) Thanks, Bryan
