Hello, I had RCN installed yesterday. This is my first experience with RCN and everything seems to be working fine. Everything except the VOD. I went to playing something and it starts for about 3 seconds and then just freezes but the timer keeps going. I dont understand whats going on. Any way to fix this? I tried restarting the box but that didnt help.
