[Need Info] Asymmetric routing for RCN subnets

Hi, We have various users who are complaining about slow internet speed when connected over company's VPN connection. Upon investigation we found that we are learning RCN subnet for e.g. on our backbone routers from COLT which has its next hop in London. Moreover, traffic ingressing to our backbone is from Level 3 and egressing out of colt. Please see the traceroutes: AMC85-INT-RT03#traceroute 207.237.246.67 Type escape sequence to abort. Tracing the route to 207.237.246.67 1 80.169.32.125 [AS 8220] 72 msec 68 msec 68 msec - COLT 2 212.74.67.199 140 msec 136 msec 140 msec 3 206.126.236.25 144 msec 144 msec 144 msec 4 207.172.19.178 [AS 6079] 144 msec 144 msec 144 msec 5 207.172.19.18 [AS 6079] [MPLS: Label 16054 Exp 0] 144 msec 207.172.19.224 [AS 6079] [MPLS: Label 16018 Exp 0] 148 msec 207.172.19.10 [AS 6079] [MPLS: Label 16018 Exp 0] 148 msec 6 207.172.19.21 [AS 6079] [MPLS: Label 16018 Exp 0] 144 msec 148 msec 148 msec 7 207.172.15.66 [AS 6079] 148 msec 148 msec 144 msec 8 208.59.246.105 [AS 6079] 148 msec 144 msec 144 msec 9 * * * 10 * * * We would like to know why are we not learning RCN routes from any american service provider like Level 3, verizon or AT&T and learning it from COLT. And is there a way to force it so that we can learn it from Level 3, Verizon or AT&T which will help in resolving this issue. Any help, suggestions are appreciated. Thanks, Jatin
