I've had 4 techs out and while one of them fixed a speed issue, nobody has actually figured out what's causing my modem to randomly disconnect all the time. I'm probably just going to switch once my paid for month is up because while they have better customer service than Comcast, I prefer being able to actually use the internet when I want.

Since the formatting is kind of screwed up, the tldr is I'm getting around an 1:8 (!) correct/uncorrected ratio across all downstream channels, Arris DG1670A modem.
