hi is any one experiencing down time with net on rcn, does any know if they are doing testing or maintenance in the astoria queens area of ny. on my speed test i noticed that there were issues in chicago but they may have nothing to do with rcn..im not sure.. it just goes up and down, have not had problems with rcn for a long time.
