High Total Uncorrectable Codewords on one channel

Hey folks, hopefully the correct forum and someone can help. I am overall happy with my RCN service, but have noticed 'glitches', dropped packages on my VOIP solution, and multiple attempts needed to connect to a remote slingbox (yes still using one of those). I started poking around on my modem details and found that on one channel I seem to be getting a high rate (at least much higher than all the rest) of uncorrectable codewords. Screenshot below after a few more details. I am using a Arris SB6141 (bought refurbished a few months back when RCN started charging me for a modem). Yes, I know it is an older modem but trying to save and figure out what I will need after I move in a few months. Live in Astoria/Queens, and I am on the 155 mbps package (and do not subscribe to TV or phone services). The channel I am having an issue with is channel 7 below (567 mhZ). This screenshot was taken after about a reboot and an hour of the modem working. It appears there were no significant errors for a while and then it jumped by 4 million entries. Again, not sure whether this is a real issue but the variance on that channel vs. everything else makes me question it. Cable comes through the wall, then goes to the 6141 (no splitter in the apartment), have some access to the cables outside but do not want to mess with them too much (being a good neighbor). Modem is situated near TV, computers and wireless router (although would not expect great interference from them?). Any hints as to what to try would be appreciated.
