[Connectivity] Internet down in Chicago since Sunday

Need help, internet has not beeen working properly since Sunday. I call and call and get nothing but terrible who say “there’s still an outage, we don’t know anything behind that.” One idiot rep told me it’s due to the storms, but there have been no storms in weeks.
