I've been having some issues with my RCN Internet. Multiple phone calls and tech visits and no solution. Hoping someone here has come across this issue. Using a Arris SB2800 modem and when I look at the RCN Merlin page I am seeing "The modem may be bonding but in Partial mode (p-online). This may negatively impact service and could indicate a problem with one of the downstream channels."
No one has been able to explain nor resolve this issue. Even went to best buy and bought a brand new Arris SB2800 because tech support was blaming it on my equipment. Set it up, same problem. I'm paying for 500 download and can barely get 35 on a good day. Don't expect to ever get 500 exact but getting less than 10% of the speed I'm paying for is a no go for me.
Any suggestions ?
