My friends have RCN cable service in Chicago area. They are not very tech savvy so they asked me to help them out. I personally don't have much experience with RCN or cable in general, so I hope you can help me out.
They currently have a single TV connected to Pace MG1 box. Now they want to add a second TV, but there is no coax connection anywhere close to where they want the second TV to be located, running the cable is complicated because they live in an older high-rise building.
Is there a way to connect second TV to existing MG1 without using coax or ethernet. I see that TiVO mini supports wifi adapter and Arris Mi4 has wifi built in as well. Can wifi be used instead of MoCA or ethernet. I tried talking about this with RCN support, but they don't appear to be very knowledgeable about these things.
