Once upon a time, the company that was Wave Broadband had plans for IPv6, they had a 'short term' option of a 6to4 setup, and were supposedly actively working on things.
That was several years before the merger with Astound, and the last I heard... There was still nothing.
On the old Wave forum, there was a report of a user on Camono Island in WA with IPv6 support, but that was it. (https://www.dslreports.com/forum/r33034666-IPv6)
And more recently, they have repeatedly stated via twitter that they do not offer IPv6 at all. (https://twitter.com/WaveConnects/status/1461421762823049230 for example, but it's definitely not the only one).
So, does anyone on any of the Astound cable networks have IPv6 that isn't a 6to4 setup?
Has anyone heard even a vague hint of plans to one day support this?
They support IPv6 on their fiber businesses, they have peering, most larger ISPs these days support IPv6... So what's the deal at this point?
