I was going to use my time off and run a new drop from the external box to my basement server rack where my router, servers, etc are. Right now the modem is behind at least two splitters that are in the walls so its not ideal.
When Astound was out hooking up service a few months back, they replaced my outside box and I really did not think anything about it until I tried to open it today. The previous box just used a Phillips screw and this has something that I have never seen before.
Obviously prying/yanking on it, needle nose, etc did not work. Thanks in advanced.
