Good evening. Came home this evening and none of my phones had a dial tone. Tried unplugging and re plugging and nothing. Phones worked last night just fine. Called tech support and they informed me that I should have received a call because they are converting everyone from copper to VoIP. So in 02472 all of a sudden my phones are disconnected with no warning?? No emails or notices in bills or even a phone call to schedule a visit? I asked the rep if that's why my phones aren't working and he said yes and not sure why no one called. A little upset at the moment and expected better from rcn. Just needed to vent and see if anyone else had a warning or had this happen?
