Trying to register my tivo at https://www.tivo.com/tivo-mma/alogin/show.do and failing. I tried this a few months ago, called TiVo and they said to call RCN. Called RCN and they said they had to call TiVo. Endless loop that led to me giving up for a while.
When I try to add my email address to the account, I get the error message "We're sorry, but we could not find your customer record based on the information that you entered. Please verify your information and try again. If you have tried unsuccessfully several times and still need assistance, please call TiVo Customer Support at 1-877-367-8486." I think this may have something to do with the fact that I had RCN and TiVo about 18 months ago and left to cheaper pastures, only to come back. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
