We recently had (2) new houses built down the street and I've noticed a RCN truck here and there doing some install work on them (past wk or so.) Today I've notice the signal strength with my Tivo on two of the tuners is horrible. Dropping below 70% and piling up errors, not to mention the massive macro blocking and audio skipping on those channels. Nothing has changed on my end. I usually see solid 90-85% signal on each tuner with zero errors. I'm going to check all my splitter connections later today as well. Could the addition of the added lines down the street have caused this?
