Tried forcing a network connection - went through and completed, hard-booted, still getting App is unavailable (V301) on TIVO # 746-0001-9080-2C21 . Hoping RCNMAN or someone from RCN can direct me. I know if I call in, they'll have me do everything I tried. Other TIVO's seem to be working OK. Thanks in advance for any help!!
