Hey there. I noticed some postings on the forums here that have a pretty similar or perhaps the same problem as me.
I'm on a 25/2 plan but I usually get half the download late in the afternoon or early evenings. Once it hits 8PM Eastern, speeds drop to 7Mbps and then down to about 3Mbps. Sometimes speeds drop as low as 0.48Mbps. Upload is unhindered and is usually at a solid 2.
The other threads posted recently seem to have possible resolutions, so I suppose I'll try my luck.
